Carrick’s Double Glazing Services are a new business start up operating in the North East of England.
Following a recommendation Sole Trader Dean Carrick approached me requesting a contemporary and responsive single page website to showcase his Double Glazing offering.
As a business that focuses on ‘big ticket’ sales, I wanted to create a website that tapped in to the visitors aspirations for their home. I also used bright imagery and graphics to mirror the ‘light giving’ quality of the product as well as adding a ‘shine’ quality to the top service thumbnail images.
‘Carrick’s’ unique selling point is that they manage the process from manufacturing through to fitting and aftercare (with no middleman), meaning they retain the quality but at far lower prices. I created a tag line ‘We cut the cost, without cutting the quality’ to use throughout his business. It also shows prominently on the homepage.
From start to finish, the project was completed within two weeks and the client was extremely pleased with the results.
