If you decide to design your marketing materials yourself, there are some great free design software programs online. One of our favourites is the interestingly named GIMP which you can download here.

How to add an image to another image in GIMP
Once you have the design as you want it, click File on top toolbar and click ‘Export as’ and select Jpeg or Png (will keep transparent backgrounds in tact) at the bottom right of the Export Image box. You can find free png graphics here (or find your own ‘licensed for reuse’ ones online) and create fantastic designs for your social media covers, posts or even adverts for print or leaflets or flyers.
